This policy applies to orders within the United Kingdom, aiming to provide clarity on our shipping procedures at YEWELLS. By placing an order with us, you are accepting the terms stated below.

A. Shipping Locations

At YEWELLS, we maintain local stock of the majority of our products in the UK for prompt delivery. However, some of our products require a longer delivery time. The specific shipping time is subject to the product page. We only ship to addresses within the UK.

B. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders to most UK cities.

Please be aware that orders delivered to the following areas may incur additional surcharges:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Offshore Islands
  • N.Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle Of Wight
  • Isle Of Man
  • Specific postal code areas: BT, FK, KA (1-26, 29, 30), PA (1-19), PH, AB, IV, KW (1-14), PH (19-40, 49, 50), PO(30-41).

Please contact us before placing an order from these areas to inquire about possible surcharges. Alternatively, we will notify you of any extra charges after your order is processed.

C. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

Orders typically take 3-7 business days for local delivery. For certain products, delivery can take weeks. The specific shipping time is subject to the product page. The daily order cut-off time is 04:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London). Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing.

Shipping policy for Designers' Choices

Products in Designers' Choice will take 6-8 weeks to deliver. First, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm whether you know the delivery time of this product is 6-8 weeks. After you click Confirm, we will start Production process, after the production is finished, we will take pictures of the product and send you a second email. When the product is sent to the UK, we will take pictures and send you a third email. This process allows you to clearly understand your product at all times. Where is the product, so you can always rest assured.

D. Shipping Partnerships

We proudly partner with global carriers such as UPS, Yodel, Parcel Force, DPD, FedEx, DHL, among others, to deliver your orders. Our warehouse team diligently packs your orders to ensure their safe transit.

E. Change of Address

Please note we are unable to alter the delivery address once an order is in transit. Should you need to modify the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@ye-well.com.
